Roman tried to make an attempt to talk to his once upon a time, former shield member, Seth Rollins. He winced at the comment ‘didn’t think ya cared anymore’, the powerhouse shook his head at that. How could he think such a thing? Sure Seth betrayed them, hurt them…. left them– and maybe, maybe deep down he knows he should be pissed off, should hate him for what he did to him and Dean. But, in his heart, he couldn’t find himself to hate Seth Rollins. He just— couldn’t. “Don’t say that,” He answers instead. “..don’t you say shit like that’. You don’t deserve it I’ll tell ye that. But I care for you… I will always care ‘bout you. Even after what you’ve done….” The Samoan would then take a step forward, his eyes instantly locking with the American. “…Talk to me….please….?”
Seth could feel his entire body let out an exhausted sigh as he slumped in the chair. There was something about Roman, something that he just couldn’t ignore – not anymore. He missed Roman, and while he was sure Roman didn’t miss him – he could always take pleasure in the idea of make believe with Roman. “What do you want me to say, Rome? That I regret it? That sometimes at night, I stay up thinking about how much I hate being alone?” Seth answers with a frustrated sigh, rubbing his face tiredly. “Because I can’t say any o’ that, Roman. I can’t –” he shakes his head, finishing the sentence and asking for a stronger drink with this conversation.
